Hi, everybody! I am Kim-Hoa of AutumnLeaflet. I learned to crochet about fifteen years ago when my cousin taught me what she had learned from her crochet/knit class. The first thing I made was a scarf with just single crochet stitches. It wasn't until one day when I stumbled upon some cute egg amigurumi online that I became fascinated by the art and wanted to learn more. I had trouble because I didn't understand what it meant to "crochet in the round." One day, I sat on the sofa with my mom and she tried to show me what she had learned in her home country. She did it! She was "crocheting in the round." So, I asked her to show me again and that was how my amigurumi journey started. I am a lover of all things kawaii so I try to focus on that element in creating my projects. I hope you will enjoy creating your own Little Quokka, known as the "world's happiest animal." Hope it will be able to bring a dose of happiness and cuteness into your life.
