Good GOLLY this past year has both flown by yet also feel like it's taken twice as long. How does that work?!
I have been a busy little bee working on preparing my first retail store (more details to come soon!!) and wanted to be able to signify the wonderful memories our family has created over the years while I have been able to work from home. As a belated gift to myself for this year's Mother's Day, I decided to utilize the easy-to-use online framing collaboration between JOANN and Keepsake to spruce up the walls in my home with some family photos. I'm SO glad I did!!
This is a personal blog. All editorial content and projects are intellectual property of Jessica Carey, designer of The Hook Nook. This post was sponsored by JOANN Stores but all ideas and opinions are my own.
At first I was worried about the quality of both the images and frames since I wasn't familiar, but since the prices were incredibly reasonable, it was definitely worth taking a chance on. It was actually MORE than amazing because as you begin, it allows you to upload an image and be able to view it in EVERY frame. Different frames had different crop styles, sizes and even frame colors. Being able to see my intended image in each option side-by-side made the experience even more fun and exciting! I was able to choose images from many different sources from my device as well as from online!
It was immensely difficult to decide which images to print and frame, but figured some of my favorites would be just fine. :) Take a peek at what images I chose, which frames I paired them with, and how Keepsake gave me a visual representation of what to expect after I received the final products:
I was SO excited seeing these as examples of what to expect and couldn't wait for the package to arrive!! And, to make the good story even better, I received my package within one week of placing my order and THAT is my kind of shipping speed. Everything arrived in a large box right at my front door and it felt like Christmas opening it up!
After I unpackaged each frame, I laid them out on the floor in different groupings and orders until I found something that looked decent for the wall. I took a picture with my phone so I wouldn't forget which frame went where and used the included hardware to place the photos into position on the wall.
Here is the final outcome, what do you think?!
